Submission

Send your application materials before or on 19 June 2009 to the Secretariat of International Programme Faculty of Medicine Universitas Gadjah Mada, attached with the following documents*):

  • Certified copy of academic reports (Indonesian Applicants)
  • Certified copy of most recent academic results (Overseas Applicants)
  • Certified copy of personal ID card
  • Size 4 x 6 coloured photograph (3 pieces)
  • Original Bank receipt of application fee payment

Those who already have certificate of graduation and Institutional TOEFL are encouraged to submit the certified copies before or on 19 June 2009.

Notes:

  • Application materials must be received by International Programme Faculty of Medicine Universitas Gadjah Mada before or on 19 June 2009. However, those who do not have the documents yet, must submit before 1 July 2009.
  • We will not return any documents of application fees once submitted.
