  2. 6 Copies Graduation Certificate
  3. 6 Copies Grade List
  4. 6 Copies of Offer Letter from UGM
  5. 6 Copies Letter of Statement for Financial Support

  8. Documents process cost:
    (paid to the Office of International Affairs UGM, on the day you re-register yourself / 1 week before class commencement)
